Refund Policy:
At Teeshaa, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We carefully inspect and pack our products before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

- No Returns: Once a product has been purchased, we generally do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to review their order carefully before confirmation.  
- Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged or broken in transit, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We request that you send us photographs of the damaged item(s) at support@teeshaa.in. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- Completely Broken Products: If you receive a product that is completely broken or unusable, please send us detailed pictures along with the invoice number within 7 days of receiving the item. After reviewing the case, you will have the option to request a replacement or receive a credit for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

- Time Frame: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please send an email to support@teeshaa.in or send an SMS to +91 9845477300 with your order number included.
- Acknowledgment: After you submit your cancellation, please ensure you receive and save the acknowledgment of cancellation for your records.
- Refund Process: In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7 working days.

- Delivery time-frame is typically 7 to 10 days, even to remote areas.
- Every Teeshaa product is crafted upon order, ensuring a piece that is exclusively made just for you.
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed the following business day.
- Orders are dispatched within 03 working days after processing begins.
- Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be provided via emails/ whatsapp.
- The product will be dispatched as fully assembled.Free shipping pan india.International deliveries accepted, shipping cost will be calcualted during checkout based upon location.
International duties may apply.
- Secure packaging gauranteed with multiple layers of protection, tried and tested.
- Use only a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. 
- Do not use water to clean the product. Avoid all chemical cleaners. 
- Use an air gun if possible as it is the best recommended way to clean the product.
- The product is made out of natural material, therefore, it would not require extensive care and would not easily adhere to wear and tear as compared to other materials. 
- Do not try dismantling the products as they might break, they are carefully handcrafted and assembled at Teeshaa's facility.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Teeshaa or to products you purchase through Teeshaa shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Karnataka, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Teeshaa's intellectual property rights, Teeshaa may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Karnataka, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
